Your garment record is local.

SeamBack does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking or a developer-operated cloud service. We do not collect your garment photos, notes, markers or rebuild records through the app.

Records and photographs

Records, capture drafts and copied image files stay in the app's storage on your device. The system photo picker lets you choose individual images. Camera access is requested when you choose to photograph a garment. Stored original image bytes may retain metadata such as capture time or location from the source photo; consider this before sharing a backup or recovery package.

Exports and device backups

You choose where backups, recovery ZIPs and PDF instructions go using system sharing and Files controls. Exports can contain the photos and notes you entered. Your device's normal backup may include app data under Apple's settings. Deleting the app can remove its local records; keep an external SeamBack backup first.

Purchases

Apple processes payments and supplies verified purchase information to unlock SeamBack Pro. We do not receive payment card details. Restoring Pro uses your App Store account and does not transfer garment records. See Apple's privacy policy for Apple's services.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive the message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond. This website has no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, to serve and secure the website.
